Waterproof outer shell constructed 100% polyester woven oxford material.
Breathable PU coating and 100% polyester woven nylon oxford PVC coating.

FEATURES:
Front closure with elastic and adjustable drawing string and stopper.
Two side pockets with hook tape.
Zipper on the bottom of each leg for easy access.
3M Scotchlite™ reflective tape around the legs.  Reinforced stress points.
